While trawling through the numerous sites about online Dating, I came across an article about how successful online dating really is. It is estimated that online dating is responsible for 120,000 weddings a year! And 20 million people use dating sites every month.
According to the article the more honest and open you are in your profile and communication on the site the more chance there is of the relationship being a success. Also the longer couples communicate through a site before meeting the better the first encounter is.

Last year i attended 3 weddings from the site...Also one couple christened their little girl and this year i will attend another wedding born of this site...I know of lots of other couples who have met up and are still together. I myself gained and subsequently moved on from one engagement and 2 significant relationships, initiated here. I've found a landlord, best pals, holiday buddies and continued with a large circle of friends and all thanks to mbf...I rejoined today to see how everything was going on site. Glad to see that life continues, though it would appear so many of the people i knew have now moved on, hopefully they got what they were looking for.
